The buyer's agent is not paid on design upgrades.

Earnest money is 1-10% of the purchase price. It depends on the house. Call the Tresidio Sales Consultant that you are working with for details. 

Yes, earnest money is always non-refundable. 

No, your client does not have to use Tresidio's preferred lender. However, our incentives are offered through our preferred lender and your client must prequalify with our preferred lender. But, your client may use any lender that they prefer. 

No, however we strongly encourage that you do because not all inspectors are created equally. All inspectors are new construction specialists and know what they are looking for. They are not affiliated with Tresidio in any way.
