Full Tyvek House Wrap/ Flashing System
We protect all of our homes from the elements by installing Tyvek house wrap, whether they are clad in stone, stucco, or siding. We also use Tyvek's flex-wrap on the sill of every window, providing 100% protection in the corners of the windows, which are most susceptible to leaks and window failure.

Fire-Resistant Siding
Fiber Cement is used on siding and trims. It is durable, fire resistant, pest resistant, and low maintenance. It also resists moisture penetration, saving homeowners the hassle of repairs due to rotting, swelling, or warping.

Low-E Windows
.28 u-factor vinyl windows, which helps with energy efficiency.

Fiberglass Doors
We install fiberglass doors at all exterior locations. This increases energy efficiency and minimizes expansion and contraction.

Downspout
We connect each downspout to a yard drain to get water 10’-12’ away from the home to prevent water from entering the crawl space.

INTERIOR FEATURES

Conditioned Crawl Space
We condition our new homes crawl space. We install a continuous run fan that pushes air out of the crawl space and pulls conditioned air in. This improves the energy efficiency, comfort, and longevity of the home. We also plastic off the crawl space floor and walls and insulate the perimeter of the foundation.

Fully-Insulated Garage
Insulated and primed garage walls and ceilings.

Sill Seal on Top Ceiling Plates
Seals cracks and reduces air loss into the attic.

Floor Protection
We cover floors during drywall to prevent dust and debris and improve the longevity of the flooring.

Tile Floor Protection
A tile underlayment membrane is installed underneath all of our tile floors. This provides water protection and minimizes cracking.

Tile Shower Protection
Prefab Foam Pans and Foam Curbs are used in our tile showers to create proper drainage. A waterproof membrane is also used on tile shower walls to provide water protection and keep tiles from cracking. Schluter metal edging is used at all exposed tile cuts and corners to improve appearance and protection against sharp edges.

Clean Ducts and Furnace
We duct clean each home to ensure that the furnace and ducts are spotless prior to move-in, prolonging the life of the equipment and improving air quality.

Energy Efficient
We use a 3rd party to test the home throughout the building process to ensure it is energy efficient. We provide a HERS score and are Energy Star certified.

Design Studio
Tresidio Homes has our own in-house design studio as well as an online design studio, both showcasing all of the exterior and interior selections that we offer. Our online design studio allows buyers to browse all of our finishes that we offer prior to their design appointment.
