That’s why we want to give you a chance to learn a bit more about the incredible people who are helping create your new Tresidio home! This week, we’re excited to throw the spotlight on our New Construction Specialist, Katie Hanamann. 

What is your role at Tresidio Homes? 

I am a Licensed Realtor and New Construction Specialist at Tresidio Homes.

What do you like most about working at Tresidio and/or your specific role? 

I absolutely love the culture at Tresidio. We help one another. We’re only succeeding if we’re succeeding together, and we strive to do and be our absolute best everyday. I feel like I have a second family working for Tresidio. I don’t know how I got so lucky!

What is one thing you wish everyone knew about Tresidio?

I don’t know if I wish that something was more known about Tresidio Homes. Everyone knows we build the absolute standard in custom homes. Everyone knows we live to serve our homebuyers. And everyone knows we are all around AMAZING!

Where did you grow up? Tell us about your family.

I was born in South Utah, and moved to the Treasure Valley with my family when I was three years old. It is the only place I remember ever living. My mother and I live just two miles apart from each other in Meridian. We are best friends, and she is the greatest grandmother to my children. My boyfriend, Jaycob, and I have three sons. They keep us on our toes, for sure! 

How do you spend your free time outside of work?

Outside of work, Jaycob and I love to entertain our friends. We put on barbecues and game nights and invite everyone over. We also love to get out and enjoy Idaho with our kiddos – hiking, biking by the river, and walking around downtown!

Tell us about someone you admire? 

I admire my mother more than anyone in the world. She is a single mom who has raised my sister and me to be strong, independent women, and loving, fierce mothers. She has always been grounded and humble, but she is the most successful person I know. I am so grateful I have her to look up to, and even more grateful that my kids do.

What would someone be surprised to know about you?

I  think someone would be surprised to know how many tattoos I have!

What is your favorite book?

My favorite books are the Harry Potter books, hands down. I’ve read them all about 100 times!
