Jon and Russ were amazing in this area. We have built a few homes in the past and we know what we want. Jon and Russ were all about “how to make something work” as opposed to “if it would work”. From the size of our home to the placement of electrical outlets, every need we had was addressed and taken seriously. They participated in picking paint, countertops and fixtures, incorporating their experience with our personal taste, making our home just right.
Customer Service:
Our calls were returned promptly, our needs were addressed. They were at the job site everyday, many builders are not. They made us feel like their priority.
Quality in Construction:
We visited the job site daily and were very impressed with the quality of materials and the integrity and quality of the sub-contractors. We were encouraged to be part of the building process.
Now we go home everyday to our beautiful Tresidio Home. It felt like home the first day. The few concerns that came up were minor and addressed immediately.
We highly recommend Tresidio Homes.
Jon and Russ will treat you like you are their one and only client and your home is their number one priority. They are professional, hard working, positive, attentive, knowledgeable, customer service oriented and all around very nice guys!
