Building a home need not be stressful and it isn’t with Tresidio Homes. Jon & Russ have mastered the art of producing a quality home, on schedule, and within budget. I cannot overemphasize the on schedule part. We had a tight time frame to work with and they delivered absolutely on-time as promised. There were also no surprise charges or nickel and diming me on items that are usual and customary for them but “add on” expenses for other builders.
Tresidio Homes exemplifies customer service. Throughout the process, Jon & Russ listened to what I wanted and provided creative solutions to my design changes—a truly collaborative approach. They were also helpful in identifying quality contractors for blinds, sound systems, and other house related items.
Jon, Russ, and every person I dealt with on the Tresidio team are professionals. Because of their level of professionalism, I did not feel compelled to check on my home on a daily or even a weekly basis as was recommended to me by friends that have built homes. Jon & Russ scheduled regular walk-throughs and asked and answered all of the questions that I had. Again, no surprises = no stress.

Jon and Russ were amazing in this area. We have built a few homes in the past and we know what we want. Jon and Russ were all about “how to make something work” as opposed to “if it would work”. From the size of our home to the placement of electrical outlets, every need we had was addressed and taken seriously. They participated in picking paint, countertops and fixtures, incorporating their experience with our personal taste, making our home just right.
Customer Service:
Our calls were returned promptly, our needs were addressed. They were at the job site everyday, many builders are not. They made us feel like their priority.
Quality in Construction:
We visited the job site daily and were very impressed with the quality of materials and the integrity and quality of the sub-contractors. We were encouraged to be part of the building process.
Now we go home everyday to our beautiful Tresidio Home. It felt like home the first day. The few concerns that came up were minor and addressed immediately.
