When we started our business, our goal was to have a name and brand that became synonymous with quality, innovation, and value. We felt that in order to best achieve this we needed to make up a word that doesn’t already have a meaning associated with it. So we hope that when you think Tresidio you think of quality.
We get this question a lot, and the answer is not an easy one. Obviously the price depends on a lot of different factors: location, interior finishes, single level or two stories, square footage, etc… Our goal is to customize your home to your needs and lifestyle, as well as your budget. We are committed to building homes that offer not only exceptional quality, but also enduring value.
As a custom home builder we build in many communities but also build many projects on other lots or in other communities throughout the valley based on the specific needs of our clients.
We’ve built homes ranging from 1400 square feet all the way up to 10000 square feet. As a custom builder, we want to build whatever size fits your needs and lifestyle.
Most of the homes we build take between 3 and 6 months to build depending on the size and project complexity.
